봄 나물 나박김치 돌나물 ,미나리,부추 ,파 ,마늘,생강, 고추가루, 소금, 멸치액젓,마시는 정수기 물,무 반조각, 배추잎3잎 만드는 법**배추잎1" 무1"미나리1" 마늘과 생강고추라루는 차,마시는 거즈에다 불려 잘 풀고 빨강 물에 소금과,멸치액젓으로 간을 하고 잘 썰은 야채을 넣는다 통,이나 병에 보관하여 하루를 밖에다 둔다.그런 다음에는 냉장고에서 일주일 숙성시킨다음 , 부추와 돌, 나물을 얻져 먹기긱 전에 올린다 먹는다.

 this dish will  keep in the refrigerator for as long as 1~2weeks.

#1 napa gimchi recipe 1 whole napa cut 4/1 piece 2cup warm water sea salt 2cup deep in 7 hours rinse the cabbage 3-4times in cold water and let drain a colander.-
