creamy soy bean soup 1cup soybeans 3cups water 1/3 pine nuts 1tsp salt 1bunch noodle tomato & slice beef for garnish making **** soak in 5 cups water overnight. the next day, add pine nuts and cook until mushy. remove form heat and let cool. in a food processor blend to a thick consistency line a colander with a double layer of cheesecloth and set over a large sauce pan . pour the blended mixture in the colander and strain the liquid into pan. add 1cup of water to the residue in the cheesecloth, gather the cheesecloth and squeeze, again straining all the liquid into the pan. discard the soybean residue (make a soup) cooked noodles to make a flavorful noodles soup, garnish with tomato or slice beef or chop green onion as well.
